Bayou Bound

A snowy egret moves between flight and stillness across three fragments of historic pottery. Painted from observations along Mobile Bay, Bayou Bound follows the familiar coastal bird from water’s edge to open air, preserving three fleeting moments of movement across fragments shaped and returned by the same shoreline.
