Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed, a refund will be issued as appropriate or an agreement on repairs will be made.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Savannah Asmus Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
