Undisturbed Conditions

Storm clouds, a tree canopy, butterfly wings, mushroom growth, the underside of waves, sunlight catching ripples through grass, a coastal waterway, and the movement of water across its surface come together in Undisturbed Conditions. Painted across eight fragments of historic stoneware, the work builds a landscape through the individual conditions occurring within it—the small, interconnected moments that exist whether anyone is there to notice them or not.
