All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, size, and weight of the artwork. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Customs & Delays
Savannah Asmus Art is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Once reviewed, a refund will be issued as appropriate or an agreement on repairs will be made.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Savannah Asmus Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
